Located in Leicester, our 90, 000 sq. ft manufacturing area incorporates an integrated CAD-CAM facility, laser profiling and an automated pre-treatment and powder coating line, enabling our engineers to custom design and produce rapid prototypes for OEM applications.
Our design team are experts in the fields of process temperature control, heat transfer and refrigeration and are able to provide customers with cost effective solutions to a wide range of cooling and temperature control problems. From car production plants, laboratories and hospital operating theatres to the pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, there is a broad range of applications Thermal Exchange is able to satisfy. Moreover, our products are supported by the knowledge gained through many successful installations.
In 2006 Thermal Exchange entered into a distribution agreement with LAUDA GmbH, a world-renowned German manufacturer of constant temperature equipment and heating-cooling systems. This strengthened our product portfolio and enabled us to apply our expertise to a completely new range of temperature control equipment that perfectly complimented our own.
In 2011 we went on to acquire exclusive UK distribution rights for the Lauda Ultracool range of industrial process chillers. Starting at 2kW, rising to 300kW, this chiller range further strengthened our position in the market, making us probably one of the most versatile suppliers of temperature control equipment in the UK. Our ongoing partnership with Lauda has proven to be hugely successful and you can now benefit from an unparalleled choice of process cooling and temperature control equipment.
